Shipping policy
DELIVERY
If you place your order before 1:00 PM CET, Monday through Friday, it will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CET will be shipped the next working day. Please note that during busy periods such as sales, Christmas, and Black Friday, delivery times may take a few extra days. We will do our best to dispatch your package for delivery as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming that it has left our warehouse.
Goods will be shipped Monday through Friday. We use PostNord, the Swedish postal service, for delivery. Once the parcel arrives in your destination country, it will be delivered by the local postal service. We typically offer free standard shipping to nearly all EU countries, including Norway and Switzerland. The estimated delivery time varies by location, but it usually takes between 2 to 8 business days.
Our delivery pricing is as follows:
- For PostNord shipping within the EU, including Norway and Switzerland (2-8 days): Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders below €50, the delivery fee is €9.
- For PostNord global shipping (3-10 days): The delivery fee is €10.
The dates provided above are estimates. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal services. Additionally, customs processing time is not included in the estimated delivery days.
If shipments are not claimed or are unclaimed, a fee of 20 EUR or 25 USD will be charged to cover our costs. If you change your mind about your order after it has been shipped, you will need to claim it; otherwise, you will be liable for a fee of 20 EUR or 25 USD.
Damaged or missing goods must be reported to hello@portia.se within 24h, along with a photo, so we can investigate further.
Any customs or import duties will be applied when your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Since customs policies and import duties vary between countries, we would recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges. If these charges are not paid, and the package is sent back to us, then we will charge you a fee between 25€-50€ (30 USD-60 USD), depending on which country you live in.
