General Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website Portia VAT-nr SE556044725101 is the seller and refer to ”we”, ”us” and ”our”. The user of the website is referred to as ”you”.

When you place an order on you agree to our Terms & Conditions. If our Terms & Conditions are not accepted when placing the order we cannot proceed with the purchase. We may modify those terms and conditions from time to time. All updates will be posted under the ”Terms and Conditions”.

We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18 year old. If you are under 18 you must inform your parents or guardians about our Term & Conditions. You may still purchase if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or have a legal right to enter into a purchase.

We have made every effort to display the products and colors as accurately as possible. But we cannot guarantee that our images will reflect the products in their actual appearance completely accurate. We are constantly working on improving our images.

Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. If there’s any suspicion of fraud we reserve the right to terminate the purchase.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website includes 25 % Swedish VAT. You can choose between Swedish crowns (SEK) or EURO. Domestic customs and VAT fees may apply in countries outside of the EU.

Our payment service is hosted by Shopify Payments, a security payment provider. The actual payment and credit card data is handled directly with Shopify Payments. When you enter your credit card information the data is sent through a secure connection to Shopify Payments and charged according to the rules of the corresponding credit card provider. 
You can choose to pay with Klarna Invoice, Klarna Pay now and Klarna Pay later . We also offer payments through Bancontact, iDeal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Pay Pal and Google Pay.

We accept the following cards:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Maestro

When your order is accepted an order confirmation will be sent automatically to your registered e-mail address. You are required to provide a correct address and contact info for delivery of the goods.  


If you place your order before 13.00 CET Monday-Thursday your order will be sent out the same day from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed after 13.00 CET will be sent out the next working day. During hectic periods for example Sales, Christmas, Summer Holiday season, etc the delivery time can take a few extra days. We will do our best to get your package out for delivery as soon as possible. When the order is sent you will receive an email that your order has left our warehouse.

Goods will be shipped Monday-Friday. We send goods with Post Nord, Swedish Post and UPS. We offer free standard shipping for orders over 50 € with Post Nord within EU including Norway. The estimate delivery time will be depended on your location but usually between 2-10 business days.

We offer following prices for delivery:

-Sweden Post Nord Varubrev free shipping on orders over 500 SEK. Orders under 500 SEK delivery cost is 30 SEK

- Post Nord Tracking EU including Norway 2-10 days: Free Delivery for orders over 50 €. Order amount less than 50 € delivery cost is 8 € with Post Nord

- Post Nord Global including UK and Switzerland 8-16 days: 10 €

Post Nord deliveries will be handled by local post services once the parcel reaches your country.  

The above dates are estimated and we don’t cover any delays based on the post offices. Customs processing are not included in above delivery days.

If you choose shipping with UPS, prices are calculated at checkout.

Failed or unclaimed shipments that will be sent back to us will be charged with a fee of 20 Euro or 25 USD to cover our costs. If you change your mind regarding your order after it’s shipped then it needs to be claimed or we will charge you with a fee of 20 Euro or 25 USD.

Damaged or missing goods must be reported to within 24h with a photo so we can investigate it further.

Any customs or import duties will be applied when your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Since customs policies and import duties vary between countries, we would recommend you to contact your local customs office for current charges. If these charges are not paid and the package will be sent back to us then we will charge you for a fee between 25€-50€ (30 USD-60 USD) depending on which country you live in.

Return & Right of withdrawal

We have 14 days of withdrawal counted from the delivery date. For returns in Sweden we will send you a Post Nord Qr-kod which you show at your local pick up point and they will print your return label for you.  For returns in EU or outside of EU return cost can be paid by you (then no return fee will be withdrawn) or we can provide you with a return label and the return cost will be withdrawn from your refund, see cost below. Fill in the return form with your order number or name and the code that best explains the reason of return and pack together with the returning goods.

Sweden: Free return on full price items. On sale items the return fee is (30SEK).

EU included Norway: 9 €

Global: 16 €

You can use you own return label but please note that we do not accept returns that are sent to a pickup point.

You as a customer are responsible for the package until we have received the return. So should any damages occur during the transport back to us then you as a customer are responsible for those damages.

All returning goods must be returned in its original packaging, and all label & hangtags needs to be in place for the return to be approved. We don’t accept returns that are dirty, used, smells bad, washed or torn apart.  

When and if the return is approved we will refund you as soon as possible but within 30 days after we received your return package.

If you have a claim please contact us at and send pictures. If we approve your claim then we will try to repair the product for you. If it’s not possible then we will send you a new one. If the item/s is sold out then you will receive a refund for the goods

Privacy Policy

Portia’s privacy policy has been updated and clarified in accordance with the new Terms and Conditions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This explains the collection, processing and changes regarding your personal information.

When visiting we will collect information about you once you have given your approval. We ensure you that all information you provide us with when using our services are protected and secure. The information that we collect serves different purposes and is useful for providing you with highest level of service. Your personal data will be used by us to fulfill our part of the purchasing agreement and for marketing purposes by the company.

When you use or purchase any of our services, sign up for newsletters, social media some of your information will be registered and used for statistics to improve the website for visitors and customers. We will process your personal data in a secure way and your personal data is not stored longer than necessary or during any period of time which is prescribed by law. After that your data will be deleted.

In order to fulfill our part of the purchase agreement we may also share this information with third parties such as authorized service partners who provide payment services and logistics services.

Force Majeure

Portia is exempt from any consequences for a failure to fulfill certain obligation pursuant to this agreement. If the failure is based on unforeseeable circumstances such new legislation, labour conflict as strikes, war or threats of war, sabotage, burglary, extreme weather conditions, explosion, blockade, fire, natural disasters or accidents or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of Force Majeure Portia shall not be liable to compensate customers for any damages to the customer on account of this.
