Contact our customer service by email hello@portia.se to request a QR code for the return. Show the QR code at your PostNord Office, and the return is ready. Return within 14 days, 30SEK return fee.
Returns in EU & Globally / 14 days / 9 -16 € fee
Return fee within the EU incl. Norway is 9€. Returns globally are 16€. To arrange a return, please get in touch with our customer service at hello@portia.se. Return within 14 days.
