Hur man gör en retur
Du har 14 dagar från leveransdatumet att meddela oss att du vill returnera din beställning. När du har informerat oss måste varorna skickas tillbaka inom 14 dagar.

För returer inom Sverige tillhandahåller vi en PostNord QR-kod som du kan använda på ditt lokala serviceställe. För returer inom EU och internationellt kan du antingen använda din egen fraktmetod eller begära en UPS-retursedel. Om du använder vår retursedel dras returfrakten av från din återbetalning.
Returnerade varor måste vara oanvända, i sin originalförpackning och ha alla etiketter och hangtags bifogade.

Contact our customer service by email hello@portia.se and request a QR Code for return. Show this QR Code at your local Postnord Office and the return is ready.

What is your delivery time?
Delivery time EU incl. Norway: 2-10 days
Delivery outside of EU: 8-16 days
Place your order before 13.00 CET Monday-Thursday and your order will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 13.00 CET will be sent out the next working day, for more information see terms and condition.
*Post Nord deliveries will be handled by local post services once the parcel reaches your country.
*If you choose shipping with UPS, prices are calculated at checkout.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
