FAQs
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 12:00 CET, Monday to Thursday, are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed after 12:00 CET are shipped the next business day.
Estimated delivery times with PostNord*:
• Sweden: 1–3 business days
• EU (including Norway): 2–10 business days
• UK, Switzerland & International: 8–16 business days
For express shipping, please choose UPS at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or delays with local postal services.
*Post Nord deliveries will be handled by local post services once the parcel reaches your country.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden using PostNord and UPS.
Shipping rates:
• Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK. Orders below 500 SEK are charged 30 SEK.
• EU (including Norway): Free shipping on orders over €50. Orders below €50 are charged €8.
• UK, Switzerland & International: $14 USD.
For faster delivery, please select UPS Express at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply for orders shipped outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order through our website.
How do I make a return?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your order. Once you have informed us, the items must be sent back within 14 days.

For returns in Sweden, we provide a PostNord QR code that can be used at your local service point.
For EU and international returns, you may either use your own shipping method or request a UPS return label. If you use our return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all labels and hangtags attached.

• EU (including Norway): €9
• International: $16 USD

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@portia.se.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may return the order in accordance with our return policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders delivered within the European Union include VAT and are not normally subject to additional customs duties or import charges.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other local charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
As customs regulations vary between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If these charges are refused and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
